The Seybert Foundation is a small nonprofit, just like our grantee partners! With an all-volunteer Board of Directors and one staff member, we aim to operate as efficiently as possible with our limited human resources.
Theresa Jackson serves as the primary point of contact with applicants and grantees, and manages the operations and administration of the Foundation, reporting to the Board of Directors. Prior to working with the Seybert Foundation, Theresa spent over seven years working with Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia, most recently serving as the organization’s Director of Learning and Knowledge Management. Theresa is a graduate of Hampshire College with concentrations in American Studies and English/Creative Writing, and completed the Ascending Leadership Certificate Program at Bryn Mawr College’s Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute.
